1. Service Description

FlyScout is a flight price aggregation service that displays fare data for Ryanair flights departing from European airports. The service includes fare browsing, price calendars, deal alerts, and a Pro subscription for enhanced features.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in via Google OAuth or a magic email link. You must provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use the service for automated data scraping.

3. Pro Subscription & Billing

  • The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed on the pricing page.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Deal Alerts

Deal alerts are checked approximately every 6 hours against the latest fare data in our database. We do not guarantee that every price drop will be detected or that alert emails will be delivered instantaneously. Free accounts are limited to 3 active alerts. Pro accounts have unlimited alerts.

5. Data Accuracy

Flight prices, schedules, and availability displayed on FlyScout are sourced from Ryanair's public fare data and may not reflect real-time pricing. Prices can change between the time they are displayed on FlyScout and the time you complete a booking on the airline's website. FlyScout does not sell tickets and is not responsible for pricing discrepancies, schedule changes, or cancellations by the airline.

6. Affiliate Links

When you click "Book" or "View deal" on FlyScout, you may be redirected to a third-party booking partner or the airline's website via a third-party booking partner. FlyScout may earn a commission from these referrals. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from FlyScout.
  • Attempt to interfere with the service, overload servers, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from FlyScout without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect pricing, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to FlyScout in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Account deletion requires:

  • Any active Pro subscription must be cancelled first.
  • Double confirmation (including typing "DELETE").

Upon deletion, all deal alerts are deactivated and your account is marked as deleted. You can reactivate your account by signing in again — your alerts will remain deactivated until you manually re-enable them. For permanent data erasure, contact us via our contact page.

10. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
